1. Overview

Different Breed Coaching is committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients from sign-up to service delivery. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our coaching services are delivered, including timelines, communication, and resolution processes.

2. Service Delivery

  • Upon signing up and completing payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their coaching program, including next steps.
  • Clients will be contacted by their assigned coach within 48 hours (work days M-F UK time) to schedule their initial consultation.
  • Personalised coaching services, including training programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support, will be provided on a rolling basis in accordance with the program package selected at purchase.
  • Access to digital resources (such as training plans, check-ins, and feedback tools) will be provided through our coaching platform and direct communication with the assigned coach.

3. Payment and Subscription Terms

  • Coaching services are billed based on the agreed payment plan (monthly, in a payment plan or full payment upfront).
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, with confirmation provided upon successful transaction.
  • Any failed payments will result in temporary suspension of services until the payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel their coaching service by providing at least one month’s notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are generally not provided, as our coaching services require upfront time investment in program development and planning.
  • In special circumstances (such as medical issues), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
