At Different Breed Coaching, our programs are uniquely tailored to each client. From DAY 1, you’ll work one-on-one with a dedicated coach who will design all your training and nutrition plans specifically for you. These plans consider your unique goals, background, and needs. We ensure that your program includes activities you enjoy while delivering exceptional results.
All training plans, nutrition plans, check-ins, and video feedback are delivered through our app. This centralises your fitness journey, making it easy to stay organised and accountable. Our check-in calls, conducted via WhatsApp or Google Meets, provide additional support and allow us to deeply understand your progress and needs.
Contrary to popular belief, a good meal plan isn’t just plain chicken, rice, and broccoli. At Different Breed Coaching, we personalise your meal plan to include your favourite foods and dietary preferences. We regularly update your plan with a variety of meals, and have found the meal plans get amazing feedback from clients.
We believe in a personalised approach to fitness, so we never make you do something “just because.” Every client receives a system that works for them. If you find an exercise boring, we’ll swap it out. Don’t have access to specific equipment? We’ll adapt your workout to fit your available resources. Going on holiday? We discuss the best plan of action to keep you on track while away.
If you’re unsure how to perform an exercise, don’t worry. Our programs include access to a comprehensive exercise library, where our coaches break down each movement in detail. Additionally, we provide full video feedback for your training sessions, ensuring you’re never left to figure things out on your own.
